IFA portal

In IFA portal you can view and edit the current status of your product data. You can also notify PZN pre-allocations and first publications of PZN and product data there. Please find detailed information on notifying your product data in the IFA portal here.

Currently it includes the following functions:

• PZN pre-allocations prior to market launch
• First publications of PZN and product data
• Changes and additions to product data - including changes that require a proof document
• PZN transfer (incl. PZN pre-allocations) to another supplier (subject to declarations of consent)
• Request for EAD, product and address data
• Option to defer an order that is still being entered and complete it later. At the same time, a separate order can be created and sent.
• Archiving of order files and order confirmations
• User administration for independent management of your user data and assignment of individual authorizations for your employees
• Price calculator for calculating prices for medicinal products according to AMPreisV – Pharmaceutical Price Ordinance
• BUDI generator (IFA Check Digit Generator for Basic UDI)
• HPC generator (IFA Check Digit Generator for Health Product Code)
