Type of data, source and output of IFA information services

The IFA information services include economic, legal and logistical data on medicinal products, medical devices and other pharmacy products. It does not include pharmaceutical information such as active ingredients, indications or ATC codes.

The primary source of information are the suppliers of the products who request IFA GmbH to include their product data in the IFA Database.

The IFA Information Services are extracts from the IFA Database in the form of raw data which the data recipient can obtain as a one-off order or by subscription. Different delivery options are available for data provision.
